These terms apply to all contracts and use of ASOKit, available at asokit.app, between you as the customer or user and ASOKit. By using the website or product, you agree to these terms.

ASOKit provides software for App Store optimization workflows, including tracking iOS and macOS App Store keyword rankings, reviewing competitor pressure, organizing tracked apps and storefronts, and keeping metadata changes in context. The exact features and limits depend on the selected plan.

A contract is formed when you create an account, start using the service, or complete a paid subscription checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

ASOKit may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the prices and billing intervals shown during checkout. Payments and subscription management may be handled by Polar or other payment providers. Plan limits may restrict the number of apps, keywords, storefronts, or related product features available to your account.

Subscriptions can be cancelled according to the options made available in the product or billing portal. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period and does not automatically refund already paid periods.

You agree not to misuse ASOKit. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service.
• Access data or accounts without authorization.
• Resell access unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Use automated access in a way that harms service reliability.

ASOKit aims to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, App Store data limitations, rate limits, or technical incidents may affect the service. Ranking data and summaries are informational and do not guarantee App Store outcomes.

You retain rights to the app information, keywords, and metadata you add to ASOKit. You grant ASOKit the rights necessary to process this data for providing and improving the service. ASOKit and its software, design, and product content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ASOKit is liable only according to applicable statutory law. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost ranking positions, or business decisions made based on ASOKit data, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

If individual provisions of these terms are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. German law applies under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
